Wondering what hardware you have? HWiNFO32 can help

It can be awful difficult to find some hardware specs — this is where HWiNFO32 comes in. (The Windows version is freeware; the DOS version costs. I’m not sure why.) After two years, I finally figured out my computer model is an Axess Prosys 2006.

I’m not sure if it does the same thing, but I always go to the run command and type in “dxdiag” which tells me what computer I have and its specs. (I have a Gateway MP6954)

The dxdiag has a lot of information on hardware, too — but I was looking for the model of my mobo, which wasn’t in there.
