If you want a free personal wiki, check out Notebook. It’s very simple, but effective.
I was googling “personal wiki” yesterday, just for the hell of it, and came up with Lumninotes.
There are plenty of free features, but if that is not enough, there are payment plans. (For a home user, the most you would probably need is a Basic Plan, which is 5 dollars a month.)
